The ultimate sweet finale, the latest iteration of the signature Dessert Graffiti is inspired by the aquatic wonderland found in our neighboring Pacific Ocean. In addition to satisfying a sweet tooth craving, each dessert graffiti is an opportunity to learn more about the importance of a healthy ocean ecosystem and contribute to the Wyland Foundation’s mission to help promote, protect, and preserve the world’s oceans, waterways, and marine life.
Each decadent masterpiece is comprised of 10 types of desserts, including:
The Shark – vanilla & caramel mousse cake with brown butter
Turtle Treat – Mango Passion Fruit Mousse Cake
Very Jelly – Milk Bavarois Guava gelee and Yogurt Sponge Cake
Lobster & Oyster Macarons – vanilla ganache & clementine jam
Sea Shells – almond financier cookies
Clementine Pate de Fuit
Each dessert graffiti is created and decorated table-side by one of our pastry chefs who explains each unique item and provides insight into our partnership with the Wyland Foundation – a non profit organization dedicated to helping children and families rediscover the importance of healthy oceans and waterways through public art programs, classroom science education, and live events.
