Katsuya Hollywood is getting ready to reopen on Hollywood Boulevard with Chef Katsuya Uechi's signatures: crispy rice with spicy tuna, miso black cod, robata from the grill and sushi made to order. Until then, book at Katsuya Century City, Brentwood or L.A. Live.
