The first location of The Bazaar by José Andrés, The Bazaar Beverly Hills was created in 2008 as a celebration of Spain, both traditional and modern. Its distinctive dining areas give the feel of a bustling European piazza, offering boundlessly creative interpretations of tapas, presented as a culinary journey.

The Menu


Guests are invited to begin their evening with cocktails and tapas in Bar Centro before progressing to one of two dining rooms—Rojo, a low-lit, dining room evoking classic Spain and flanked by an exhibition kitchen, or Blanca, a more modern and ethereal setting with an outdoor terrace. Following dinner, guests can choose to move to the Patisserie, a decadent dessert wonderland filled with tantalizing tarts, pillowy cakes, imaginative bon bons and the signature Dessert Graffiti experience.

Bar Centro

For cocktail connoisseurs, Gate: Bar Centro offers a unique tasting counter format that explores drinking cultures, spirits and traditions from across the globe through a ticketed cocktail tasting experience. The liquid adventure, spearhead by two mixology captains, takes off from the hidden 10-seat tasting bar every Wednesday through Saturday at 7:30pm.

The result: a vibrant mix of sophisticated and playful dining and lounge spaces that transcend an ordinary event into a fete extraordinaire.

Meaning “dream” in Catalan, Somni is an evolution of fine dining as imagined by ThinkFoodGroup Creative Director, Aitor Zabala, and Chef José Andrés. Nestled inside The Bazaar by José Andrés at the SLS Hotel Beverly Hills, the two Michelin-starred restaurant is an invitation for guests to embark on a veritable epicurean journey. The 10-seat counter removes barriers between the guest and the chefs, fostering conversation as the chefs craft, plate and present the ever-evolving tasting menu. Tickets go on sale the first Monday of every month for the following month at 10 am PST.

Tres is a sophisticated yet comfortable sanctuary offering three distinct dining experiences from the imaginative mind of Chef José Andrés, set inside a cozy wonderland designed by Philippe Starck. Sleek leather loveseats by a warm fireplace. Marble counters for communal eating. Private dining rooms for exclusivity.

Bazaar Flight at Gate: Bar Centro

Bazaar Flight is a ticketed cocktail experience that takes passengers on a drinkable voyage around the globe: a liquid adventure inspired by faraway places, cultures, and flavors, imbued by The Bazaar’s signature gastronomic experimentation. A boarding pass grants access to an innovative cocktail flight, with 12 tastings and a selection of tapas from The Bazaar.
