Crafted by SLS South Beach Chef Edgar Escalante, the menu is inspired by fresh and local flavors through signature dishes such as grilled Atlantic Lobster; Spanish octopus with red bell pepper remoulade; and crab and wagyu rolls.
Alongside this poolside dining experience, Hydeaway will offer an array of surprises to tantalize the senses, reminiscent of the top international beach and pool club destinations of St. Tropez, Mykonos, and beyond.
