Cleo Restaurant NY, located on the ground floor of the Mondrian Park Avenue hotel, offers both hotel guests and NYC travelers a classic Thanksgiving meal with a Mediterranean influence. IGC Hospitality Culinary Director Jeff Haskell and Executive Chef Todd Mathews will be preparing a three-course holiday meal featuring Cleo classics, such as Hummus and Moroccan Lamb, in addition to Thanksgiving classics, such as Cauliflower Soup and Fried Turkey Breast.
