The ultimate sweet finale, the latest iteration of the signature Dessert Graffiti is inspired by the bounty of summer’s fruit and veggie harvest, a Sunday afternoon spent strolling through the Farmer’s Market, and the hard work and dedication of our friends at Share Our Strength, No Kid Hungry campaign.
In addition to satisfying a sweet tooth craving, each dessert graffiti is an opportunity to learn more about the foundation’s efforts to help end childhood hunger by facilitating culinary events and collaborations across the country.
This seasonal decadent masterpiece is prepared table-side with an array of farmer’s market inspired desserts, including:
The Tomato – Strawberry and tomato cremeux and white chocolate mousse
Carrot Top – Pineapple compote and milk chocolate mousse
Detox Pate de fruit – Cucumber, lime, green apple and celery juice finished with fresh mint sugar
Beet macaron- Raspberry beet Jam and vanilla ganache
Pea macaron- Passion fruit and vanilla ganache
The Farmer’s Market Dessert Graffiti is available now through June 30. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the No Kid Hungry campaign and The Bazaar culinary team looks forward to returning to Taste of the Nation for their 31st LA event in 2020.
