Chris Crary’s Summer Menu is Here!

Summer is officially here and Chef Chris Crary is drawing inspiration from light seasonal ingredients to deliver a fresh take on California Cuisine.

New bites include:

  • Seared Ahi Tunacompressed watermelon radish, heirloom tomato, avocado puree and basil
  • Peaches + Burrata – prosciutto, grilled peaches, pesto, pine nuts, pretzel bread
  • Corn Crowdie – pistachio, chile limon popcorn, jalapeno, buttermilk, herbs 
  • Seared Scallop – tomato + bacon jam, arugula, kumquat, banyuls 
  • Roasted Duck – salsify puree, pickled cherry, kumquat braised carrot 
  • Grilled Chicken – kimchi, barley, thai herbs, pineapple jus
  • Mediterranean Lamb T-bone – curried couscous, tzaziki, sweet pepper, pickled red onion
