The Bazaar invites you to a month-long celebration of the world’s finest, sustainably produced caviar paired expertly with neat, shaken and stirred libations crafted using Ketel One and Belvedere Unfiltered. Each night in March, guests will have access to a limited number of off-the-menu Caviar & Vodka pairings, guided by the culinary team’s expertise and insight as to what distinguishes the qualities of Ossetra, Kaluga, and Siberian Sturgeon row sourced from Israel, China and Uruguay, and the best way to pair each for the ultimate tasting experience.
