Everyone loves an excellent cocktail. It’s even better when you can sip on said cocktail while surrounded by New York City’s most beautiful people. This week, with Fashion Week in full swing, industry insiders, and fashion fans will be running around the city, seeing shows, previewing collections, and taking in a lot of excellent street style. In between it all, refueling is a must. Whether you’re participating in the action, or just want to check out fashion’s finest, below are the five best spots in NYC to drink during fashion week. So what are you waiting for? Bottom’s up!

Inside The Redbury New York, the interior of this restaurant and bar is a design lover’s dream. Indulge in some carefree cocktails like the “Spritz 1935” (prosecco, Conratto Aperitif, Carpano Bianco, and club soda), or the “Don’t Stray Girl” (vodka, Strega, honey and lemon) and people watch fashionistas to your heart’s content.

Sky Terrace
When the heat is on in NYC, which it definitely is this fashion week, the best way to cool down is a rooftop cocktail overlooking the city. You’l find this rooftop oasis at the top of the Hudson Hotel, just a quick taxi ride from Skylight at Moynihan Station, where many shows take place.

Mr. Fong’s
For the downtown fashion set, this is the place to get a cocktail any night of fashion week while rubbing elbows with the city’s more low-key models, designers and editors. Smack in the heart of Chinatown, the dimly lit bar is named after the neighborhood broker that secured the space for its five, easy-on-the-eyes owners.

Bar Goto
The brainchild of revered bartender Kenta Goto of Pegu Club, this newish cocktail bar has a Japanese-twist, using Asian-inspired ingredients like miso and sake. Japanese beer is on offer, but we prefer mouthwatering concoctions like cognac and plum wine; lychee and Asian pear. It’s so good, Bon Appetit named this cozy hideaway “Bar of the Year 2016.”

Santina NYC
Just steps away from Milk Studios, where many of NYFW events kick off, is this stunning restaurant with endless glass windows, designed by Renzo Piano. Take a seat at the bar, and be sure to try one of the fashion set’s favorites, “Aloevation” with real aloe vera, vodka, and Violette.

The Happiest Hour
True to its name, this West Village hot spot is a new cocktail bar from the minds behind ACME and the NoMad Hotel. Their cocktail ethos is “you pick ‘em, we pour ‘em,” a philosophy that has already attracted a star-studded following during fashion week and beyond.
