After 8 years of culinary excellence at SAAM at The Bazaar by José Andrés, the time has come for a new dream to be born. Opening late 2017, Somni (Catalan for “dream”) is a unique dining concept from Chef José Andrés and ThinkFoodGroup Culinary Director, Aitor Zabala, along with the TFG creative team, ThinkFoodTank.

Thank you to everyone who made SAAM at The Bazaar by José Andrés a success. We are ready to take what we’ve built over the last eight years to the next level – Somni is the next step in our evolution and we look forward to sharing more news as we get closer to opening.
