Chef Uechi skillfully evolves Japanese sushi and robata classics with inspired dishes including Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño and Miso-Marinated Black Cod  in addition to Baha Mar exclusives – Conch Salad and Conch-oyaki.
