Meaning “dream” in Catalan, Somni is an immersive, multi-sensory culinary experience as imagined by chefs Aitor Zabala and José Andrés.

Rated a Forbes 5 Star dining experience, the two Michelin-starred restaurant features a 10-seat counter designed to remove barriers between the guest and the kitchen, fostering conversation as the chefs craft, plate and present an ever-evolving tasting menu with more than 20 dishes. Centered around a bespoke exhibition kitchen where there are as many chefs as guests, Somni pushes the boundaries of culinary techniques and creativity in a setting that challenges the notion of a traditional fine dining experience. Tickets go on sale via Tock the first Monday of every month for the following month.

The Menu

The ever-evolving menu features a tasting menu that begins with playful snacks before progressing into 20 courses of meticulously plated experimental cuisine.

Some dishes are inspired by memory, others by global adventures while many are simply the result of a never-ending research and development process spearhead by Chef Zabala and his team.
