The new menu integrates fresh springtime flavors with recipes rooted in classic cocktail-crafting and includes:
Cross Eyed Mary – revamped rum cocktail with a whimsical passion fruit espuma, lemon, honey, and absinthe rinse
Liquor Cherry Martini 1888 – a twist on a classic with Tanqueray Old Tom gin, sweet vermouth, bitters, orange curacao, and a liquid cherry sphere
De Piñas y Hierbas – bitter herbs aperitif with Del Maguey Vida mezcal, pineapple and a Fernet Branca float
Smokey Flora – mezcal, Yellow Chartreuse, and fresh grapefruit and lemon
Beet It – Aylesbury Duck vodka shaken with an aromatic beet and black peppercorn shrub, basil, honey, and topped with a yellow beet chip
Vilanova Bell – Gin Mare gin, yellow bell pepper shrub, lemon, and Green Chartreuse
