The idea behind the new space is to present the best of renowned Chef Andrés’ playful take on Spanish cooking and serve it in a relaxed atmosphere. The seasonally rotating menu pairs with an expansive beverage and cocktail list, including porron service: a traditional Spanish style of communal drinking.
Bar Blanca’s cocktail list will transport you all over the globe, with drinks like the classic Spanish aperitivo, Vermut, served with an olive and orange slice over ice; Rebujito, made with Manzanilla, Lemon Soda, Lime Bitters, and Ice; or pours of Spanish ciders, sherries.
