SLS South Beach guests and local community members gathered at Hyde Beach for a celebrity chef driven experience with some of the hottest names in the culinary world today. It was truly a tasting unlike any other, that would make any foodie jealous.
Hyde Beach transformed its cabanas into restaurant pop-ups where renowned celebrity chefs, including our very own Chef Katsuya Uechi of Katsuya and Chef Michael Schwartz of Fi’lia, provided a TASTE of their best local fare, not to mention a variety of craft beers, wine, and premium sake. Guests enjoyed delicious food, a traditional Japanese drumming performance, and even a live demonstration of Chef Katsuya’s signature Tuna Sashimi.
TASTE wasn’t all about the food, as a portion of the proceeds were donated to Feeding South Florida, a hunger-relief organization. Guests indulged in a world-class culinary experience, while simultaneously donating to a great cause. Check out the gallery above for our highlights!
