The secret is finally out. Katsuya Glendale’s pop-up concept K Ramen. Burger. Beer. is officially open to the public. Those in the know will find this cozy, communal dining spot after winding your way up a staircase to Katsuya’s second floor. There you’ll see a huge patio overlooking the fountains at The Americana shopping center, lots of natural light, great service, and a relaxed, casual feel. In short, an atmosphere anyone would love hanging out in, with visual and social appeal.

And we haven’t even gotten to the food. A twist on the Katsuya concept, the menu is packed with plenty of poke, burgers, and ramen (hence the name!) There’s the lobster ramen, made from 15-hour chicken stock, lobster butter, fish stock and a kimchee base. The drool-worthy burger made with two four-ounce beef patties, with Katsuya’s signature spicy mayo, and paired with tater tots drizzled with duck fat. Yum.
