As the countdown commences to the final nail-biting world cup game in Brazil this Sunday, we’ve been calming our nerves by drinking a little (okay, a lot) of cachaça, like the natives. Now you can too, thanks to Bazaar chef Jose Andrés’ enticing Ln2 Caipirinha, prepared with a twist. While the Caipirinha is as synonymous with Brazil as Neymar, this take on the cocktail was inspired by Spain, specifically the infamous restaurant El Bulli. Chef Andrés created it as an homage to the molecular hotspot and lucky for us, it’s available every night leading up to the World Cup showdown, and beyond. Saúde!
