Miami is known for its diversity, so it was only a matter of time that fusion favorite Cleo Restaurant would hit The Redbury South Beach. Officially opening its doors tomorrow, November 14th, Chef Danny Elmaleh will serve Mediterranean cuisine with the adventurous twist that Cleo is synonymous for. He’ll also incorporate local ingredients for even fresher, more flavorful fare and an expanded menu. That means plenty of shareable plates with vegetables native to Miami, mezzes like market fish and shrimp kebabs, and lots of wood burning oven-fresh flatbreads. And for all of December, CODE members will receive a complimentary order of Cleo’s legendary Brussels sprouts.
Of course, in spirited South Beach, what would a meal be without a killer cocktail? Cleo will boast a hand-crafted drink menu exclusive to Miami, like the mouthwatering Cleo Colada below. Enjoy it on the terrace at Cleo, and then try it at home to keep the party going!
